Kelly Kukowski is a Supervisory Program Analyst in Clinical Informatics and Population Health within the Integrated Informatics and Data Analytics (IIA) Directorate at the Office of Integrated Veteran Care. With 36 years at the Department of Veterans Affairs, she has served in both the Fargo VA and Alaska VA Healthcare Systems, excelling as a Senior Data Analyst specializing in Community Care.
Kelly has led key initiatives, including the Care Close to Me Initiative and the development of dashboards for Radiation Therapy, Emergency Care, and Scheduling. As a subject matter expert for the IIA Predictive Modeling System, she contributed to its award-winning recognition at the 2024 GovTech Connects Digital Health Summit. She holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Sociology and is a proud Army Veteran.
Matthew “Jason” Stogsdill is the Executive Assistant to IIA, supporting executive leadership in data analytics and reporting for the VHA Undersecretary of Health and other key stakeholders. With extensive experience in VA financial management, policy, and program administration, he has led high-impact projects such as the Access to Care Program and Enterprise Scheduling System for Veteran Community Care Access.
A U.S. Air Force veteran (1991–2008), Jason served in law enforcement, security, and policy management, completing multiple combat tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. He holds multiple graduate degrees in Project Management, Business, Finance, and Counseling and is a certified Project Manager with expertise in Agile methodologies.
